How to deal with sparking during the use of high-frequency waves

1. The horizontal adjustment of high-frequency molds requires adjusting the level;


2. Every time a new mold is debugged, the current should be adjusted back to 0.2A. Then, use a tuner to slowly adjust the current to the appropriate level for thermal sealing;


3. When high-frequency molds experience ignition, it is necessary to use a clean cloth and add alcohol, gasoline, toluene, etc. to remove the corresponding dust;


4. A certain bonding material must be used under the high-frequency mold to effectively prevent high-frequency breakdown of the required welding products;


5. The ignition phenomenon that occurs during the production process of oscillating buckets mainly includes the jumping of capacitors, high-voltage tube sockets, etc. The processing method is the same as that of the capacitor adjustment plate;


6. Capacitor chips should not be adjusted too aggressively during the adjustment process, and should be slowly adjusted to the corresponding range. If there is a sparking phenomenon at the edge of the capacitor chip during production, it may be due to the edge of the capacitor chip not being cleaned and the aluminum plate burrs. It needs to be polished smooth with sandpaper.
